          I am a Certified General Contractor in Florida and licensed Home Inspector. I have been serving the South Florida area including Broward, Palm Beach and Dade County as a Home Inspector for over 20 years.  Throughout my work history I have conducted hundreds of home inspections in South Florida. My background as a General Contractor gives me additional knowledge and experience in the building structure. I know every step in the building process of a home, and I know how to thoroughly inspect a home to discover any present problems or potential problems that may come up down the road.
